If you sign up through the form provided by Laylo, we receive the contact details you enter (such as your e-mail address or phone number) and use them to send you news about YES AND MAYBE: releases, videos and shows. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link or instructions in any message.
• Messages you send us. If you write to us by e-mail, we use your message and contact details to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
• Videos. Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play. YouTube (Google) then processes data under its own privacy policy.

This website has no user accounts and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Technical providers

To display the website, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from jsDelivr, and the website is served by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc. (United States). These providers receive technical data such as your IP address as part of the request. The mailing list form is provided by Laylo. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK and the EU; where they do, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe. E-mails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request, then deleted.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with the service providers listed above, our management and our professional advisers, where needed for the purposes described here, or where the law requires it.
